REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns of infant formula, baby cereals, porridges, or other consumable baby food products.

These products are intended for infant consumption and require strict handling and storage conditions. Once products leave our control, we cannot verify how they have been stored, transported, or handled. For health, hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, returned products cannot be restocked or resold, even if unopened.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

  • If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
  • Orders may only be modified or cancelled before they have been processed.
  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or a shipping label has been created, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • Clear photos of the affected item(s)

Please note:

  • Dented cans are not considered damaged unless the seal has been compromised, the can is punctured, leaking, or otherwise unsafe for use.
  • Damage caused during shipping may require review by the shipping carrier.
  • We may request additional information to assist with claims and replacement requests.

NON-FOOD PRODUCTS
