PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
We ship all orders directly from our EU and UK warehouses to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

Orders typically take 24 hours to process and ship. During high-volume periods, please allow extra time for fulfillment.

SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS $100+
For orders under $100, shipping charges will apply.

 


 

SHIPPING TIME
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends are processed within 24 business hours.

All orders over $100 receive FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING (1–5 business days transit time, Mon–Fri).

Note: Delivery times are provided by the courier and may vary. For delivery delays or tracking updates, please contact the carrier directly.

 


 

DELIVERY GUARANTEE – LOST OR SEIZED PACKAGES
We guarantee that your order will be delivered. If your package is lost in transit or seized by customs, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Our goal is to make sure your little one receives the formula they need—no matter what!

 


 

CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not liable for delays or damage caused by the carrier. If your package is damaged or delayed, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

 


 

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your order, please:

  • Verify the shipping address
  • Check for delivery notices or safe drop-off areas
  • Ask neighbors or family members
  • Review all delivery locations, including mailboxes or parcel lockers

We will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues, but we rely on the carrier’s confirmation to take further action.

 


 

CUSTOMS FEES (CAN/UK/EU)
Orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees. These are not included in our shipping rates or free shipping offers. HolleHiPPos is not responsible for these charges.

 


 

REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a customer refuses delivery and the package is returned to our warehouse, a partial refund will be issued (minus shipping costs and any fees incurred). Refunds are processed once the returned parcel has been received and inspected.
